Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

The customer is responsible for the cost of returning an item. Return shipping costs typically range between £20 and £40 per parcel, depending on the size and weight of the package and the shipping carrier used.

Important for international returns

When returning items internationally, parcels sent to China require the appropriate customs documentation. This usually includes a CN22 or CN23 customs declaration, as well as a Proforma Invoice clearly stating “Returned Goods.”

If these documents are missing, the parcel may be held by customs or returned by the carrier, which may prevent the return from being delivered.

Please note that refunds may be withheld until the returned goods have been received and inspected. It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the return is shipped correctly and reaches the return address.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Return shipping costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please send the package to the address provided on the return form by our customer service.

Acceptance of a Replacement Item

If a replacement or reshipment is offered and accepted as a resolution (with or without an additional shipping fee), this is considered a final resolution of the order. By accepting a replacement item, the customer confirms that the original order has been satisfactorily resolved and waives the right to return the original item for a refund.
